The entire start-to-finish process for a custom wedding stationery order takes 10-12 weeks. The below timeline will depend on the complexity of your order and how long the proofing stage takes.
Please fill out our custom wedding stationery contact form here so we can get a clear idea of what you're looking for. Once we receive this we can put together your individual proposal and will be in touch within 2-3 working days.
Once you are happy with everything in your proposal, we will organise a meeting or phone call with you. This will allow us to get to know you and your partner, what you are looking for in terms of your stationery and give you a chance to ask us any questions you might have. After our chat, we will send you an outline of
everything included in your order, a timeline and an invoice for the 50% deposit.
As soon as we receive your deposit, we can start designing! We will get to work on some initial sketches/ moodboards. This will include rough drawings of any custom illustration work (if requested) which is to be included in your design.
We will look at some colour combinations and font styles to suit your wedding theme. Please allow 2 weeks for this stage of the design process to be completed.
Once you are happy with the direction of your stationery, we can start work on the final illustrations and design.
Please note that once we start the illustration process, the artwork cannot be changed without incurring
an additional cost, but we can amend colours and small details. Please allow 3-4 weeks for this stage
of the design process. Once ready, we will send you your first set of proofs.
We allow for two rounds of changes from when you receive your first proof. Any further changes will incur a cost of €15 per round. When you have approved your stationery, we will send your artwork to print and organise envelopes plus any extra add-ons. Printing time usually takes up to 2 weeks, depending on the complexity of your order. At this point we will send you your final invoice requesting the last 50% payment. Once we have received payment we will organise shipping or a collection of your order.
HOUSE COLLECTION SEMI-CUSTOM ORDER
You can view all our house collection wedding suites here. The entire start-to-finish process for a semi-custom wedding stationery order takes 6-8 weeks. The below timeline will depend on the complexity of your order and how long the proofing stage takes.
Once we have received your semi-custom stationery order and your payment has been made we will contact you within 2-3 business days to confirm we have all the details correct. We will then begin the design process!
We will send you through your first digital proof within 5 business days after we have received order confirmation. Two rounds of changes are included with your order. Any further changes will incur a cost of €15 per round. Please check all the information in your wedding stationery carefully. Once fully approved we cannot be held liable for any text errors.
As soon as you have approved your stationery we will send your artwork to print. We will order your envelopes (All orders include plain white, 120gsm envelopes) and any extra add-ons such as wax seals or special finishes.
Printing time usually takes up to 2 weeks, depending on the complexity of your order. At this point, if you have paid us a 50% deposit we will send you your final invoice requesting the last 50% payment. Once we have received payment we will organise shipping or a collection of your order.
Please note: We cannot be held liable for mistakes after your final proof has been approved. Therefore, we strongly recommend that proofs are carefully checked.

Europe: 3-7 Working Days
International: 10-12 Working Days (We encourage you to consult your country’s tax policies before placing an international order. Our shipping prices will not cover these taxes, brokerage fees or import fees.)
