The user goal for this product was to provide an intuitive and efficient experience for care agents to handle customer interactions effectively. For the design, I focused on a dense display of key billing information, and each section is defined with noticeable boundaries. The UI utilises visual cues that help agents accurately diagnose a customers query, creating a more streamlined workflow.
